Safety precautions for using packing machine: 

1. In case of material spraying, hand clamping and other accidents, please quickly press the emergency stop switch to cut off the power supply

2. Please cover the packing bag according to the requirements, and the bag holder should completely press the packing bag to avoid spraying

3. If the seal is not tight, please stop the switch and first check whether the packaging container meets the relevant regulations, then adjust the sealing pressure and increase the heat sealing temperature.

4. In case of bag expansion and large dust, please reduce the pressure of fluidization gas source properly. In case of slow discharge blockage, please increase the pressure of fluidization gas source or the stroke of slow discharge cylinder properly

5. In case of material blockage, please switch to --- mode. Adjust the pressure of fluidizing gas source to discharge manually, or dredge the discharge pipeline through the dredge rod without packing bag. If it is invalid, please remove the Bu gas device or the cover plate of fluidization bin to take out the caked material

6. Please clean up the residual dust on the scale body before work

7. Please switch the selection switch to manual mode and cut off the main power before off duty

8. Master the treatment method of plugging material

Extrusion plugging: it can be solved by increasing the pressure of fluidizing gas source or switching to --- mode to clean the discharge pipeline.

Blocking of bulk materials: when the first method is invalid, it is necessary to open the cover plate of Bu gas device or fluidization bin, take out the agglomerated materials, and then carry out normal packaging.

If any machine wants to extend its service life, in addition to regular maintenance, the correct use method will also reduce mechanical failure and avoid repair!
